Hi Justin,
Went to Sundy House today and spoke to the manager about your bird report. I asked them if they had any caged bird in the premises or birds that were released on the premises of their gorgeous and lush tropical location. The manager in charge today told me categorically that they do not have any birds that belong to them at their site. When i said "Green Jay" they looked at me like I had two heads:). Now that might be someone in the neighborhood who owns them - I don't know. I took a brief 5-8 minute tour of the property around 3 pm and I saw not a SINGLE bird there. I did hear a Red Cardinal on the way out. Maybe the exotic birds only show their true colors at night. Wish I could have confirmed your sighting.
