Regarding the birds seen in Spanish River I would like to set the record straight.House Finches have occurred in Palm Beach County fort at least 10 years,they appear to be rather nomadic,but they have been seen on field trips in Spanish River Park on many occasions,most birders are aware of this fact.Great Horned Owls have been seen in S.P. Park for many years many birders and photographers have photographed them,usually around the camping area.Regards Brian Hope
