Bald Eagle at Cutler Wetlands

Couldn't believe my eyes! Pulled into the "road" infront of the big construction rig.. Glanced out and in less than 5 mins I watched him.. Unfortunatly, as I was moving closer I took my eyes off him and wasn't able to spot him the rest of my visit there. He sat there in the furthest body of water away from the big construction rig.. Approximate time of sighting was 6:30pm this Sunday evening..

P.S. is this area going to be developed?! I didn't notice him feeding or with any prey, but is this cause to cease the development of such land?
