Maybe I missed it from previous posts, but is there any more information available about these "scrapes"? When were they created, were they plannned for birds, how accessible/visible are they from Research Road, etc. I'm curious if some of the pine trees were removed here? I used to have very good snake activity in this grove. Bryant, I can't view your darner photo, would like to. Can you please re-try? ... Also re the bobwhite quail at Long Pine Key campground, how cooperative were those quail? Just wondering if it might be a reasonable stakeout. Thanks! -Ken
