Actually, the county line is north of the power line ROW. The entire road and area under the power lines is in Broward County. The canal and berm north of the power lines is in Palm Beach County. Google Earth does a pretty good job of representing the county lines in this area. The power lines angle north from a point just west of US 27, so at the road and east of there they are in Palm Beach County. West of US 27 they are in Broward County.
