Death Of Dick Cunningham

I was saddened to learn of the recent death of Dick Cunningham. I knew him from several TAS trips to the Dry Tortugas and from ENP and corresponding with him about Tigertail Beach and Marco Island in the "early days" (late 50's) when he and Dennis Paulson(?) used to do shorebird surveys there. This was long before the highrises obstructed the view and the beaches were raked for tourists. At any rate, I'll miss Dick as will everyone who knew him I'm sure. Question: when is his book on the Birds of Everglades National Park coming out?
