The American golden plover reported from the 232 Ave
wetland was still there today. It is best viewed from
a little parking spot 0.2 miles past the hill. It was
near the road until two jackasses ignored the no
trespassing signs and walked right out onto the flat.
It remained within scope range thereafter. Also present were several snail kites, lots of waders, and
a large flock of peeps.
