I am the rehabber at the FKWBC. The bird had a slight wing droop but flew very well after three months of rehab. He made his way to the beach yesterday and flew away. I have pics of this bird upon intake that I don't mind sharing. My Gull ID skills are mediocre at best so it very well could be something other than a Lesser Black Backed
