I believe that the Florida orchids named Habenaria floribunda have been changed to Habenaria odontopetala which Hammer calls Toothpetal Orchid and Brown calls Toothed Rein Orchis. I don t have the latest edition of Wunderlin but the 2003 edition still used the name H. floribunda and listed H. odontopetala as one of the synonyms and his common names for it were Toothpetal False Rein Orchid and Mignonette Orchid. I have found H. odontopetala in the pinelands in north Broward County.
