Another RFI: for Burrowing Owls

The South Florida Birding Locations, lists five locations for Burrowing Owls.
Miami Shores (Barry University campus)
Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport
Homestead General Airport
Brian Piccolo Park
Government Road

I will be in south Florida Feb. 3 to 9.
In additional to looking for some rare birds, we would like to find some Burrowing Owls.
Is anyone of these locations (or some other?) reliable for the owls at this time?
