Hi Scott,
A 10-year old list of Florida's exotics is bound to be woefully out-dated. An article in the August 2004 issue of _Birding_ updates the status of Florida's exotic avifauna, but here're the species you mentioned:
EXTIRPATED AS BREEDERS (if not entirely gone):
Bean Goose
Mandarin
Gray-necked Woodrail
Sarus Crane
Diamond Dove
Red Lory
Gr Sulphur-cr. Cockatoo
Senegal Parrot
Rueppell's "
Hispaniolan "
Red-lored "
Orange-fronted Parakeet
Brown-throated "
Jungle Myna
Red-capped Cardinal
Chestnut Mannakin
Java Sparrow
PRESENT SOMEWHERE (not necessarily Miami area):
Black Swan
Graylag "
Egyptian "
Note that many other species not listed in my 1996 guide are now present; I recommend that you read the TAS Bird Board archives for the past 6-12 months to see what's around and where they are.
My best regards,
Bill Pranty
