I got a few looks at a warbler the other day which appeared to be a blue-winged - yellow head and chest, eye streak, dark wings/bars. However, there was a distinct black patch on its throat which was visible only when it lifted its head. I can't find any reference to this. Indicative of a blue-winged, or something else?
Unfortunately, it didn't sit still long enough for a photo.
