I assumed this was a Western kingbird but couldn't see the white tail line on my photos, so I requested a confirmation ID on Birdforum.com. After three posters verified that it is either a Tropical or a Couch's (did not hear it sing), I thought it might be worth posting.
This was in WCA3, Broward county, at SFWMD structure S151 (west of Hollywood).
