I neglected to mention that I heard the flycatcher call. It was a call similar to a Great-crested, but higher and more of a "wee", not a "wheep" of the Great-crested. I've heard Graet-crested too many times to know it wasn't a Great-crested, and it was the the Acadian calling.
If only I could have seen the front of the bird!
