Although warbler migration is still slow in Miami Shores, there is still good variety to be seen around my immediate area. Great Blue Herons, Great Egrets, Barn Swallows, dozens of nighthawks (especially today), and waxwings. A couple smaller swallows zipped by too quickly to i.d. Yellow-billed Cuckoo, Eastern Kingbird, White-eyed Vireo, and a Veery! Would it be correct to say Veery is a pretty uncommon Miami-Dade migrant in spring?
