There were a few more birds (in terms of numbers) than last weekend around Homeless Hammock - maybe 15-20% more. No notable influx of different species; a couple of Baltimore Orioles were there, as well as 2 or 3 Great Crested Flycatcher and an empid scared off by walkers yelling into their cellphones (GRRRR!)that in my short look seemed likely to be an Alder. Ficus trees near lake were quiet due to a Cooper's Hawk sitting in the middle of the largest tree....
