Talk about serendipity! I got a similar ratio this morning at Matheson. Instead of 16 warblers per tree, I found 16 trees per warbler! On the east side, from the north parking lot to 3/4 of the way to the Fairchild parking lot, I got a grand total of 1 Yellow-throated and 1 Black-throated Blue Warbler.

I should have known better than to stop this morning, since last night the weather cleared and there were no showers to the south of us. The birds probably took advantage of the light NE winds and most left south Florida. Clear skies = big flight.
