Birded Enchanted Forest and Arch Creek Parks in the morning with a good selection of migrants observed. Here is the list:
Black Vulture - 2
Mourning dove - 4
Collard dove - 2
Ruby-throated Hummingbird - 2
Red-bellied Woodpecker - 2
Downy Woodpecker - 2
Blue Jay - 12
N. Mockingbird - 4
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher - 28
White-eyed Vireo - 1
Yellow-throated Vireo - 1
Red-eyed Vireo - 13
Black & White Warbler - 5
Worm-eating Warbler - 4
BLUE-WINGED WARBLER - 1 (in ficus just north of museum in Arch Creek Park)
N. Paula Warbler - 5
Cape May Warbler - 5
Yellow-throated Warbler - 2
Prairie Warbler - 3
Ovenbird - 10
BLACK-BURNIAN WARBLER - 1 (imm - Arch Creek Park)
Northern Waterthrush - 1
American Red-start - 6
Black-throated Blue Warbler - 7
N. Cardinal - 12
There was a pair of spot-breasted Orioles with one young in my yard in late afternoon feeding on palm fruit.
