There are records of White-crowned Pigeons north to Volusia County, so I'm sure there are records in Palm Beach County.
For the icterid, I'd consider Common Grackle. The range of dates for Brewer's Blackbird in Florida is 15 Sep-12 May, and they're pretty rare south of Gainesville.
