Bicknell's Thrush is a review species in Florida and unless in-hand correct measurements match the criteria, the sighting will not be considered or accepted. A good quality recording and photo of the singing bird may be voted on by committee members.

Looking for this species during its migration window through South Florida is a good exercise and they pass through in small numbers. Visual characteristics may seem like Bicknell's Thrush but it cannot be 100% differentiated from Gray-cheeked Thrush in the field.
