Rob are you talking about the mitigated marsh on 202st in Miramar? The marsh is bordered by a lake which runs around the houses. If so, this marsh is a great spot and the southernmost we have seen Purple Swamphen regularly. Parking is a problem since one side of the road is lined with trees, the other shoulder is used by some of the homeowners as a driveway to their backyard. We usually park on the grass along the road at a house that does not have any signs of a driveway. That seems to be the trick, we have yet to run into any problems. The city is building a park at the end of the road but we are unsure of when it will open nor do we know if it will feature any natural areas.
