I was unable to make it up to Sanibel due to recent knee surgery but made it out to Sugden Park for about an hour instead. A great day for this park.

Highlights
Male and female Rose-breasted Grosbeak
Blue Grosbeak
Female Balt. Oriole
Male and female Summer Tanager
Blue-winged warbler
Lots of Black and White Warblers
Swainson's Thrush
Male American Redstart
Barn Swallow
Chimney Swift

Plus the usual
Coots
Laughing Gull
Purple Martin
Fish Crow
Red-bellied Woodpecker
Green Heron
White Ibis
Little Blue Heron
Common Gallinule
Black Vulture
Mourning Dove
Northern Cardinal
Carolina Wren
Mottled Duck
Osprey
Swallow-tailed Kite
European Collared Dove
Boat-tailed grackle
Red-winged Blackbird
and lots of mosquitoes.

I was there last week and none of the migrants were there but I did see a pair of Rose-ringed Parakeets.
