Thanks to Vincent McGrath we were able to view the Lazuli Bunting behind his place around 1:00 p.m. today! We were a little worried initially, because upon our arrival two others that had been waiting had not seen it. They had been waiting for two hours. At 1:00 p.m. it made it's appearance though somewhat reticent, as a Red-winged Blackbird was hogging the feeder. It returned later for a longer period of time surrounded by multiple Painted and Indigo Buntings---a real splash of colors!
