Painted buntings still here, 3 males, 8 or so females
Indigo buntings, around a dozen, as usual they molt to blue and must move on.
The 2 female rose breasted grossbeak that wintered here showed themselves Sunday
plenty of cat birds, occasional hummer, the warblers that wintered here may have left, have only seen 1 male parula this week, vireos still around.
plenty of grackles, doves, cardinal, blue jays and red wing black birds, an occasional cow bird.
A screech owl has been vocal in the evenings
