Leucistic blue heron?

At Green Cay Wetlands on Saturday, I spotted an odd looking whitish bird, that upon closer inspection appeared to be a leucistic heron...I wasn't 100% sure if this was a transitional color phase or leucistic, and I think it's a little blue heron. Any confirmation would be appreciated.
