RFI- spot-breasted oriole/RW bulbul

So I've been around both the Kendall hospital and the Royal Palm tennis courts, which I found out were private so I've just been walking around the perimeter, and I've seen very few birds other than grackles, EC Doves, and mockingbirds. Is there a specific place around these spots that would be best to check? Thanks, again.
