Thanks Rick and the anonymous Just wondering.I will start by saying this was a wonderfully run and led trip for photographers not birders.I personally was in the last car and did not have a clue what was being seen at the front i was only allowed on the trip because i had a camera phone.I will be delighted to explain my sightings. This being a large marsh warsh wrens and swamp sparrows were very common. Dunlins war mixed in with Dowitchers.Least sandpipers and lesser yellowlegs were in several different ares and very well seen. The red tailed hawk was seen by people at the back on the way out.As far as the broad wing was concerned i did see it iin flight i knew immediately that it had been misidentified. I did not see it on the pole ,but did see it in flight again it was clearly a Swainsons.I talked to the leader later about my concerns and he did not disagree. Most of the birds on my list are very common in Palm Beach County i would be delighted to tell people where to find them. my number is 561 498 3608 and i will not answer e mails.
