The attached photo appears to show the same adult Neotropic Cormorant (center) photographed previously by Glenn Miller and Larry Manfredi. It shows some dark flecking in the white gular border and some patches of white in front of and behind the eye. The bird is still drying off in this photo and looks a little bit disheveled. To its right is its mate (assumed based on observed interactions), a Double-crested Cormorant. I believe the fledgling to its left (in the background) is the same bird that Glenn Miller photographed on the nest with the NECO.
