Almost certainly an escaped pet. I used to have these as pets and they breed very easily. The Aviary in Goulds used to sell them. Actually very sweet little birds that coo constantly. If you have ever been to Maui, they have cousins there who have quite an established colony.( Genus is Geopelia, not sure of the species but they are from Australia).
