It was a great week for wildlife watching with students at the Refuge. Spoonbills continued (1 to 3) in the C-6 impoundment through Friday. During the week we saw wood storks and all the expected waders, big flights (or gulps) of tree swallows, a number of snipe remained (a whisp).
Students observed otters, a screech owl, gators, and a bobcat!
