Hi Don,
A Winter Wren would be an extremely rare bird for south Florida. The habitat in Markham Park supports House, Marsh, and Sedge Wren. It is likely that you saw one of those (I'm guessing House since it would resemble Winter the closest). If you DID see Winter Wren, then I strongly recommend you take photographs, cause you're going to have a hard time convincing folks.
