Maybe it never left. I had not seen the Cuban Bullfinch since last Wednnesday evening and with one neighbor excessively trimming a paradise tree and gumbo adjacent to the yard on Friday, I thought that it may be gone. This morning I heard it calling and then located it first in the Bauhina then the Gumbo Limbo. My guess is that it makes the rounds of the many oaks, gumbos and ficus in the neighborhood. Enter the yard using the gate on the south side of the house as described in earlier post.
