The ducks are coming! Although STA-5 is our usual venue for inland waterfowl, I have it on good authority that STA 1w (east of Brown's Farm, Roth Sod, etc) attracts many more ducks. It is a major hunting preserve. It is always locked except during hunts. I applied for a hunting license to obtain access during a hunt (desperation leads to extreme acts), but I think they figured out I was a !!@?! birdwatcher, and didn't issue it. Does anyone on this forum know how to get into STA1w? It is, after all, public land.
