Dave, you may want to reconsider Least Flycatcher for your bird. A Traill's Flycatcher (Willow or Alder) has a longer bill, less defined eye ring (or none at all), longer wings and less of a "bull-headed" look that your bird has. Generally, the Traill's head has a slightly crested look. Least has a "wit" call and the Willow "whit" call is quite soft and drawn out.
