Thank you for the great tips, Trey! I hope it comes back so I can try pishing and maybe actually get a photo. The blue-gray gnatcatcher in your beautiful photo looks blue to me, but our yardbird looked more slate gray -- maybe it was the lighting. Let's hope I can get a photo so we can take a close look.
