Top herp spotted during the walk was a male Puerto Rican Crested Anole (Anolis cristatellus cristatellus), which was new for me at Fairchild. This guy looks much like a Brown Anole, but has a shorter snout and a prominent crest running down the back and onto the front half of the tail. The dewlap (which he didn't display) is orange-yellow.
