You can watch snail kites (I've seen 15 at once this spring and watched them slowly increase here over the years) doing all they do, at your leisure and for as long as you want along the levee in Markham Park. This is a large Broward County park bordering I-595 and the eastern edge of the Everglades. Drive left upon entering, park, and run thru the mosquito filled Australian pines heading west til you emerge at the levee. Walk up it and start watching.........
