Hi Becky,
I wrote a paper on the subject that was published din Florida Field Naturalist in 2010. There is no estimate available on the Red-whiskered Bulbul population in Miami-Dade County because the population hasn't been censused since 1970.
You could probably pick any number between 100 and 700 if you wanted to.
