Hopefully he/she will be around in the next few days for me to get a better picture. My only argument against the female RWB is the lack of uniformity in the belly/back. This bird's ventral side is quite pale and streaked, though the picture does not show it well. Also, there are never any male RWBs around, though that's not a really good argument.
