Thank you TAS birders for your help and to Brian for the post!
Mom and I are going to try for the Mangrove Cuckoo where Brian suggested at Black Point Marina. We will try Dagny Botanical Park for the Black-whiskered Vireo and it is also an alternate location for the Mangrove Cuckoo. If anyone with a backyard Black-whiskered Vireo would like to share your location it would be most appreciated!
The Marathon Airport will be the place to look for the Antilian Nighthawk. We are hoping that Mahogany Hammock will give us the Seaside Sparrow. We are still working up locations for the Cowbirds (Bronzed and Shiny) but have been told they may be seen at the Flamingo Visitors Center. We hope to see a Short-tailed hawk somewhere on the trip but if anyone has a stake out location for this bird we would be interested in learning more.
