Yesterday I completed the Flamingo Breeding Bird Survey, along Everglades National Park's main park road from Flamingo to near Pa-hay-okee. I tallied 38 species, including three new species for the survey: Least Bittern, Black-crowned Night-Heron and Least Tern. Here are my totals:
