I met Cory yesterday when he was looking for WWPAs behind my workplace yesterday at LeJeune and NW 6th St. I suggested he look in the date palms outside the Ocean Bank building by Herford Grill. If someone else (like Toe) saw some there, I am surprised Cory didn't. Sounds like it would be worth a return trip.

Another good strategy for finding WWPAs is to drive to the roof of the Ocean Bank building through the parking garage. Standing on top, you can often see and hear them from above as they fly around the neighborhood.

Cory, if you are reading this and really want Monk Parakeet, just drive SW 127th Ave. between Kendall Drive and SW 120th St. They are nesting and are all over the big power lines on the east side of 127th.
