You keep speaking as if the "Rains will come"....
We had a wet late winter hardly any rain in the spring and the weather pattern is setup to leave us high and dry...

I'm saying these things with hope that I will once again be caught making a stupid statement. Cutler Wetland which was completely full of water a few weeks ago after the only real rain we had in the spring happen. Now it has nearly half of the north area has exposed mud.
