Hi Ken, I have been to your site a few times this year. If you have a well-planted yard with good cover, you can expect a Painted Bunting or two to spend the winter. Yes, you can attract hummingbirds, too. I don't know the status of Spot-breasted Orioles in your area, but put up an oriole feeder too if they are in your area.
Northern Cardinals, Blue Jays, both eastern grackles, Red-winged Blackbirds, Red-bellied Woodpecker, parakeet species (mainly Monk), and a few doves should be expected. Hopefully, you will get the beautiful White-winged Doves to your feeder. Since you are lakeside, you may get fowl feeding under your feeder. Common Moorhen and Muscovy will certainatly feed on your lawn, and you may see Mottled Ducks near the shore, but probably not at the feeder area. Good luck.
