I observed a male feeding in an orchid tree and a neighboring seagrape on the campus of Barry University around 12:30PM today. I'm curious though, shouldn't this species already have migrate back home by now? This is the first time I have observed this species, they are quite beautiful, but as hyper as prairie warblers. Also observed on campus recently: worm-eating warbler, palm warbler, killdeer, burrowing owls, and a pair of hill mynas. Happy hunting!
