Yesterday afternoon I saw a Lincoln's Sparrow about 100 yards west of the intersection of SW 216th Street and SW 232nd Ave. near Chekika. The bird was on the North side of the road farily far in. If I hadn't heard it's distinctive chip note, I likely wouldn't have seen it.
In the same area I had a very accomodating view (allowing for close photos) of a Striped Crayfish Snake.
