In addition to the fence hindering the movement of wildlife (Can you say "wall" as in Homeland Security "Wall" hindering movement of both animals and humans who have used the US/Mex. corridor for centuries), another concern would be that SFWMD would take it upon themselves to "manicure" the fields i.e. mow them or clear them out like they consistently do to the vegetation around ANY water properties/canals they have. Have you seen what they've done to Blumberg Rd. & STA-5 lately?
