It all comes down to this. Your list is your list. You can count heard only birds or sight only birds or both or neither. No one can tell you what you can or cannot count. HOWEVER, when you post a sighting to a birding listserv or bird board for a bird that has NO precedence in the entire State of Florida EVER AT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR and you have neither a photo nor sound recording AND that bird was reported as heard only, if that's the case, THEN you naturally open yourself up to comment and not all of it is going to positive. What did you expect? That's basically all I have to say on the matter and I won't be posting any more with regard to REVI in winter at Corkscrew or anywhere else. Good birding!
