Today (2/23) at 9:45 I had the La Sagra's Flycatcher in a restricted area, 240 yards north of yesterday's early location and 290 yards east of its later spot near the gate. It called with 16 single-note "wheet" vocalizations but in the middle of the sequence was a double-note call. As much as I'd like to be a match-maker, it's probably one bird with a large territory and building its repertoire of calls.
