If the Dickcissel was put off by the photographers (of which, I am one), it would have moved on weeks ago. The feeders at Okeeheelee were placed within a few feet of the Visitors Center porch for a reason.
I do not condone behavior on the part of photographers or birders that violates the 'ABA Code of Birding Ethics', but I think the Buntings and Dickcissel have more to worry about from the hordes of kids than from the photographers.
Just my opinion.
